Can only have two fietd reservations on boak at one time (their book goes
for 2 weeks at a time.)
A team can't sign up for one specific time for each week. (i.e. a team
can't caTiin and reserve a fieid for every Monday or for every lst and
3rd Fbnday. A team can reserve a field for 2 consecutive Mondays then
call the next week and reserve a field for another day.
No }imit. It's never been a problem. People can reserve facilities 3
months in advance if they want. These organized teams have priority for
facilities.
3. No. For She7ter Bulldings there is a$5 key deposit that is refundable when
the key is returned.
4. We run them (tournaments) ourselves. A local group, such as the Jaycees,
can run their own tournament.
But no other group can come in and run a tournament on the city's fields.
5. No - they've talked about it, but it hasn't been necessary.
6. No fee, but a permit must be obtained in order for a group to have alcoholic
beveres at a function. The Recreation Department Director must approve
appHcations for this type of permit. .
Permits are onl issued to organized c5vic groups (Groups that have been in
existance at least 1 year, have a written constitution, etc.)
They control use of alcoholic beverages at thelr facilStfes by being very
strlct about who they issue alcoholic beverage permits to.
7. No- they've talked about it. TheTr control system is the permits Lhey issue
for use of thetr ball dtamonds. If a team abuses a ball diamond, they don't
get the fild again.
8.
