Shelter buildings, ball fields (any type of ftetd), hockey rtnks. <br />Large picnic areas - we have several of them, but we don't reserve them <br />far one particular group. We feel we shouldn't close th�1i off. We feel <br />they're for publTC use, for neighborhood use. <br />Fields - permit for system works best here, it provides a better system fur'��r <br />adninistering their use. <br />2. Two permits per team per week. No field reservations before M$y 1 or after� <br />November 1. A field has to be reserved 48 hours in advance. <br />Organized programs are given priority. <br />Residenc.v Requirements <br />Ball fields - teams have to be in the athletic assacSation or in a civic <br />group or in one of our own programs. <br />*(There is a poticy governing non-residents in the polScies being sent.) <br />3. Fee for sue of buildings (in policy). <br />4. See policy. <br />5. See policy. <br />6. We do not allav alcoholic beverages on our parks. If people want to sell <br />beer or food, they must apply for a food permit. <br />The group applying for the perm9t must insure the city as an addittonal <br />insured for a certain amount on the insurance policy. <br />7. We require a deposit depending on what is reserved. If it's a facility and <br />they don't ctean up we deduct our cost for cleaning up from their,deposit. <br />(Our cost is the hourly rate (p7us benefits) of the maintenance person or <br />crew who does the clean up.) <br />8.
