� <br />s <br />-3- <br />outside facilities for the optimum benefit of citizens living within <br />the School District in general and citixens of the City in particular. <br />To this end, the School District shall, upon execution of this egreement, <br />furnish the Parks and Recreation Director of the City with a schedule of <br />the dates and times on.which the School District may be utilizing the � <br />said outside facilities in connection'with its regular and summer school <br />curriculums and related activities. Use of the facrlity shall be , <br />governed by School District Policy N1330. ! <br />�' <br />5. TERMINATION !' <br />The parties may terminate tbis agreement by the mutual agreement of the r <br />School District and the Gity, or by either party giving the other nfnety <br />(90) days prior written notice of termination. <br />6.
