EASEMENT FOR EGRESS AN� INGRE55 <br />The School Oistrict�hereby 9rants to the City, its age�ts and employees, <br />and participants in its scheduled recreational activities, proarams or � <br />events, an egress and ingress to said outsiJe facilities so long as this . <br />agreement is in effect. <br />3. INDEMNIFICATION . � <br />a. School District's indemnification of City. The Sctiool District hereby <br />agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City agair�st any and all <br />,claims for damages, of whatever nature, arisin9 from �r in consequence <br />, of the duties it has assumed hereunder and also arising from or fn <br />consequence of its operation, sup_rvision, control or conducting of � <br />any of its recreational activities, programs or events or related <br />activities utilizing said outside facitities. <br />b. City's indemnification of School District. The City hereby agrees to�. -' <br />indemnify and hold harmless ths School District against any and all" �� <br />claims for damages of whatever nature, arising from or in consequence �� <br />of the duties it has assumed tiereunder and also arising from or in <br />consequence of its operation, supervision, control or conducting of <br />its recreational activities, �iroyrams or events or related activitSes <br />utilizing said outside facilities. <br />c. Nature and extent of inde�nnification. The inde�nificabion set forth <br />in the previous two subparagraphs of this paragraph 3 shail protect <br />the indemnitee and its successors, from and a9ainst any and all ac- <br />tions, proceedin9s, claims, demands, cost�, damages and expenses, � <br />includin9 reasonabte attorneys' fees which it may pay, sustain or <br />incur. <br />4.
