All background information they may have availzble related <br />to this projeat and necessary instxvctions and input <br />regarding the program requirements. � <br />2. Existing site plans and building lines, topographical <br />surveys and utility maps of each of the sites. Saunders- <br />Thalden & Associates, Inc., shall be able to rely on the <br />accuracy of these documents. <br />3. A designated representative from whom Saunders-Thalden & <br />Asaoc3ates, Inc. will receive instructions and authoriaa- <br />tion. <br />Saunders-Thalden & Associates, Inc. would start on the pro�ect <br />i�diately upon being authori^ed and could perfotm all Ghe <br />work in the proposal within five months after starting. <br />Saunders-Thalden & Associates, Inc., bases all fees for pro- <br />fessional services on the amount of time anticipated to per- <br />form the work. <br />Fees for additional services shall be billed on an hourlg <br />basis. Hourly ratea are as follows: <br />Corporate Principals <br />Aasociatea (including Gary Tushie) <br />Architects, �laniseape architects <br />and planners <br />Draftamen <br />S So.00 /hr. <br />S 37.00 /hr. <br />$ 35.00 /hr. <br />S 21.00 /hr. <br />The fee for all aervices recor.anended in this proposal shall <br />be $15,000.00. <br />The conts of printing (except the eurvey in Item v), travel, <br />end ceproduction are included in the total fee. <br />Payments shall be made monthly baee8 on the work done on !he <br />project. <br />
