Xe agreed with [his, �ut <br />s[�ted the City would then be raquested to participate. <br />They would also be wllling to sllow the assessing of the <br />additlon�l eost, of which they would, In turn, be respor <br />sible for another aDGroximate 40;. <br />Overall, he felt thefr proposal wes a D�us to the cammunity <br />and that was Kraus-Andersons intent and style. <br />If the City end Kraus-Anderson canpleted a preliminary <br />concept �greement, they would Immediately start the <br />agency revfew proecss formally, as wcll as preparin9 for <br />the P.U.O.
