The goal and the objectives af the joint efforts are: GOAL - OVERALL: TO DEVELOV AND EFFECTIVELY MpINTAIN THE MIDDLE SCHOOLS' 011TSIDE FACILITIES (FIELDS, ETC.) FOR THE CONVENIENT USE OF THE SCHOOLS AND THE CITIES. OBJECTIVES: 1. To provide improved outside facilities (field areas, etc.) for use Dy the schools and citles. 2. To jointly develop and meintain the sites at agreed to standards of m�intenance. 3. To cooperatively plan for the use, scheduling of the use, and m�1n- tenance of the outsidx fac111ties, thereby using the exptrtlse from two staffs which should bring about better cammmications and more etficient operations of all parties. 4. To reduce the amount of duplication of proposed or existin� facillttes, thereDy reduetng the costs of development and maintenance far both the school district and the citles. 5. To jointly share in the maTntenance costs by designattag which party wSil pe�form which tasks. This sFauid reduce the dupticate purchase and operetion of equipment and the duplication of labor costs.
