The motion passed unanimously. <br />8 ayes <br />0 nayes <br />COUNCILMEMBER'S REPORT Councilmember Bi11 Doty stated that the City <br />Council approved the hiring of Saunders/Thalden <br />and Associates for the development of Phase One <br />for Silver View Park. <br />VISITOR PRESENTATION No visitors <br />LAKESIDE PARK COMMIS- Staff presented a rough draft of the joint powers <br />SION UPDATE agreement for the operation of Lakeside Park. <br />- Staff briefly outlined the J.P.A. and discussed <br />the four major points: <br />?. The City of Mounds View would be responsible �� <br />for the general administration and management <br />of the park including the hiring of beach �� <br />personnel and concession program. ' <br />2. The City of Spring Lake Park would be responsibl���:'. <br />for the physical maintenance of the site in- � <br />cluding grass mowing, beach upkeep, dock in- <br />stallation, etc. <br />
