There were four areas that <br />experienced budget reductions: <br />1. Part time F�rouram instructors - 51,000 <br />2. Printing - City Newsletter - 1,000 <br />3. Overtime - Parks - 400 <br />4. Transfer from RecreationActi��i*y�� `,OOG <br />Total 6udgetary Reductions 5.,400 <br />YEAR END FORESTRY Staff distributed copies of the year end forestry report <br />REPORT which outlines our 1981 program. <br />The report dealt with four major areas: <br />1. Reforestation <br />2. Sanitation <br />3. Insect and related tree disease damage <br />4, Review of Joint Powers Rgreement <br />A motion was made by Chairman Burmeister, seconded by <br />Comnissioner Silvis to accept the 1981 Forestry report. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />NEW BUSINESS Chairman Burmeister indicated to staff that there were hay <br />bales on the South end of the pond at Silver View Park <br />which should be removed.
