The motion passed unanimously . <br /> 6 ayes <br /> • 0 nayes <br /> It was further noted by staff that it was the under- <br /> standing of the commission that all of the equipment <br /> would be moved at the individual party ' s own expense <br /> and that all liability for removal of equipment <br /> would be borne by each of the respective new owners . <br /> RECREATION PROGRAM <br /> UPDATE : Program Supervisor Saarion provided an overview of <br /> the upcoming fall recreation programs including the <br /> youth soccer program, flag football program and the <br /> extended new day programs being offered at Edgewood <br /> Community Center . Specific pre-school programs that <br /> were being proposed to be offered at Edgewood included <br /> parent/tot swimming, Movin ' , Music & Me , craft and <br /> storybook hour and the teeny tumbler gymnastics pro- <br /> gram for pre-school children . <br /> LAKESIDE PARK UPDATE : Commissioner Bowman provided a brief history of the <br /> vandalism that had occurred on September 12 to the <br /> Lakeside Park shelter building . She indicated that <br /> the building was fully insured through the City ' s <br /> insurance carrier and that the issue had been referred <br /> to staff for a speedy and efficient handling. The <br /> • estimated damage to the building seemed to be in the <br /> range of $3 ,000 - $5 ,000 . <br /> Commissioner Bowman also stated that the Lakeside <br /> Park Commission held their regularly scheduled <br /> meeting on Tuesday, September 14 to close out their <br /> year and stated that it had been a very successful <br /> year from both a monetary and supervisory standpoint. <br />
