Motion passed unanimously. <br />��,.„„r 6 ayes <br />0 nayes <br />�/ <br />CHAIRMAN'S REPORT <br />COUNCILMEMBER'S <br />REPORT <br />There was not Chairman's report, <br />Councilmember poty indicated that he supported the <br />staff direction on establishing a ci[y composting <br />proyram and would assist in any way that was <br />needed. <br />GOLDEN C•LOVE StaEf distributed some infocmation regarding the <br />BOXING Golden Glove Boxiny Proyram including khe waivqC <br />and indert�niEicatiop:� fot-m, ii:st of th<+;�:i,J't�ing �"�" <br />partiux�h'ri"�F�ls, and a copy of��the Golden Glove Box- <br />ing proyram. StaEf indicated that [he Golden <br />Glove Boxing Pcogram was initiated back in the <br />fall of 1982 and had been approved by the City <br />Council and Park Board with the unders[anding that <br />the proyram was to be reviewed at the end of <br />six months, <br />To that end, staff had invited the Golden Gloves <br />doxiny coorAinator, dor Holmes� to attend the <br />Park and Recreation Commission meeting to review <br />the �rogram and any problem areas that had been <br />discovered. Mr. Holmes repor[ed that 85 boxers <br />were CeyisteCed with the GolAen GloVes pCOgCem in <br />Mountls View� 28 of which were Mounds View <br />
