The Pdrk Commis- <br />sion further stated that the development of <br />Greenfield Park was a priority and tney felt <br />that with yrant monies being on such a limit- <br />ed basis, all efforts should be made to util- <br />ize the matching funds. <br />A motion was made by Chairperson Burmeister, <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman to accept the <br />Gceenfiald Park L.A.W.C.O.N. grant in 1985 <br />with the inatchiny funds [o be allocated from <br />[he Pinecrest Park Dedication Fund, in[erest <br />from the Special Project Fund of S40,OOD rep- <br />rioritize the 1986 and 1985 projects with an <br />adAitional S8,OU0 from the Storm Water Man- <br />ayemen[ Fund. Staff <br />reviewed this issue during the discussion of <br />the Greenfieltl Park developmen[ plan and <br />recommended that t�e Commission yo on record <br />requesting cash rather than land eyuivilent. <br />Based on the appraisal of.
