Both roads are <br /> in desperate need of improvements. The two main issues delaying the reconstruction of <br /> these roads are land acquisition for stormwater facilities and funding. <br /> The Mounds View Public Works Department has begun the process of selecting an <br /> engineering consultant to assist in the pavement and stormwater improvements. Upon <br /> approval of the City Council, the consultant will perform preliminary design and analysis, <br /> including topographic surveying, proposed improvements, cost estimates and funding <br /> sources, identifying project issues, etc. <br /> • <br />
