Coventry is the senior housing project that will be built on <br /> County Rd 10 between County Rd H2 and Woodale. Coventry's goal is to close on the <br /> property in late July. City staff is forecasting a groundbreaking in late August. <br /> 7B —TCAAP Development Update <br /> On June 19, 2012, the Ramsey County Board voted to proceed with negotiations to acquire <br /> TCAAP. On June 25, 2012, the Arden Hills City Council approved a resolution in support of <br /> the purchase. Most likely, there will be a joint powers agreement between the County and <br /> the City of Arden Hills to define the roles and responsibilities of each party if the County <br /> purchases the property. The County has until October 1, 2012, to withdraw the purchase <br /> offer to receive a full refund of their earnest money. <br /> 7C — Mounds View Business News <br /> Attached are the May, June and July editions of Mounds View Business News. <br /> 7D —Available Business Sites in Mounds View <br /> Attached is a list of available business sites in Mounds View.
