The two most recent studies were the following: <br /> • Highway 10 Reconstruction and Revitalization Plan —August 2002 <br /> • Premium Stop Redevelopment Area Study — December 2006 <br /> The City has implemented a large component of the 2002 plan, which was the County <br /> Road 10 trail way system, including lighting and benches. <br /> • Discussion <br /> At the July 2, 2012, City Council Work Session, the City Council directed the EDC to create <br /> short and long term visions for County Road 10. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the EDC discuss its overall vision for County Road 10 prior to <br /> creating a timeline (short or long term) for implementing that vision. <br /> Respectfully Submitted,llp <br /> `;'AvS <br /> Heidi Steinmetz, Economic Development Specialist <br /> • <br />
