<br /> IIId. Trailway connections to businesses: Construction of trail Segments 1-5 was
<br /> completed in November 2009. Segments 1-5 are located along the south side of
<br /> County Road 10 between Eastwood Road and Woodale Drive and are part of a
<br /> comprehensive trailway plan approved by the City Council in August 2002.
<br /> e. PAK building: In Spring/Summer 2009, one of the owners of the PAK building
<br /> initiated court proceedings to allow for the sale of the building. The trial date is
<br /> anticipated for April/May 2010.
<br /> f. Establish partnerships among neighboring cities in orderto strengthen the County
<br /> Hwy 10 corridor (i.e. potential name change for County Hwy 10): In early 2010,
<br /> staff will review past partnership efforts with neighboring cities and Ramsey
<br /> County to rename County Road 10 prior to initiating further discussions.
<br /> g. Knollwood Place & Johnson Property: The status of Knollwood Place did not
<br /> change in 2009. In October of 2009, the Council re-approved the Select Senior
<br /> Living senior housing plat and development agreement for the Johnson Property.
