REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS,STAFF AND EDA LIAISON <br /> A. Commissioner Reports <br /> There were no reports <br /> B. NB-MV Chamber of Commerce Update <br /> Commissioner Belting that the Business of the Year was a success with three Mounds View businesses <br /> receiving awards. Commissioner Carlson provided some insight on organizational and leadership issues <br /> currently confronting the Chamber. <br /> C. Report of Staff <br /> i. Manufactured Home Park Revitalization Program: Coordinator Parrish indicated that the city <br /> received a$100,000 Community Development Block Grant to fund the Manufactured Home <br /> Park Revitalization Program. <br /> ii. County Highway 10 Reconstruction and Revitalization Study: Coordinator Parrish updated <br /> 110 the Commission on the current status of the County Highway 10 Reconstruction and <br /> Revitalization study.
