111 <br /> Mounds View Community Center <br /> Room Policies for the Gymnasium & Other Areas Managed by the YMCA <br /> 1/5/04 <br /> Request for Facilities <br /> Community groups or individuals that want to use the Community Center facilities or equipment <br /> must submit their requests to the Mounds View Community Center main office. All groups <br /> submitting a request are required to complete a Facility Permit. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the permit,please call 763-717-4042. <br /> Group Prioritization <br /> First Priority <br /> Community Center events sponsored by the YMCA <br /> Second Priority <br /> Events sponsored by the City of Mounds View departments <br /> 11111 Third Priority <br /> District 621 K-12 activities, community athletic associations and other non-school <br /> community groups(boy/girl scouts, IBA,Mom's Club,etc.) <br /> Fourth Priority <br /> Individuals and groups that use the facility for non-commercial purposes and non-profit <br /> organizations <br /> Fifth Priority <br /> Individuals,private agencies, companies or vendors that use facilities for commercial <br /> purposes or profit <br /> Application Deadlines <br /> Applications for use of the Community Center facilities for events at which 200 or more people <br /> are expected to attend must be received by the Community Center at least six weeks prior to the <br /> event. <br /> All other facility use requests and permits must be received no less than two weeks prior to the <br /> date of the requested use. The Director of the Community Center or appointee must approve any <br /> expectations to the stated deadlines. <br /> Approval of Application (200 or more people) <br /> Facility use permits are drafted by the Community Center. When a facility use application is <br /> approved,the applicant will receive a facilities permit and a copy of the rules and regulations for <br /> 11111 <br /> using Community Center facilities. <br />
