• <br /> PUD Amendment Report <br /> Building N <br /> April 12, 2004 <br /> Page 9 <br /> • RESOLUTION NO. 6227 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING A REQUESTED AMENDMENT TO THE MOUNDS VIEW <br /> BUSINESS PARK EAST PUD TO ADD "RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION"AS AN <br /> ALLOWED USE ON LOT 1, BLOCK 1, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK EAST 2ND <br /> ADDITION; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE PA2004-001 <br /> WHEREAS, Bethlehem Baptist Church has applied for a planned unit development <br /> amendment to add"religious institution" as a permitted use on land located west and north of <br /> Program Avenue, south of Woodale Drive and east of Interstate 35W; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as follows: <br /> • Lot 1, Block 1, Mounds View Business Park 2"d Addition <br /> Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View City Council approved the Mounds View Business Park East <br /> Planned Unit Development(PUD) on October 24, 1994; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the lot located at 5145 Program Avenue was approved by the Council for a <br /> office/industrial/flex use; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan guides the site for Light Industrial use, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and has examined the potential <br /> adverse effects that could result from such an amendment. <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> 1. Zoning Map <br /> 2. Planning Application <br /> 3. Planning Commission Resolution 753-04 <br /> 4. Staff Report <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,the Mounds View City Council hereby <br /> makes the following finding of fact related to the requested planned unit development <br /> amendment: <br />
