Staff completed <br /> the attached in-house assessment to save costs and time. <br /> Staff presented the EDC with the assessment on February 15th but due to time constraints, the <br /> • EDC was only able to discuss one portion of the assessment in detail; the Mounds View road <br /> sign design options.
