As we discussed during our phone conversation, I took some time over the last few days to pull together the following list of cities in the metropolitan area. As they are categorized by county, there is a little overlap with a couple cities being situated in more than one county. Although this listing may not be entirely accurate (some cities that I have indicated there is no information on a city EDA or commission), I believe it will be helpful for your purposes. Anoka County Andover—Seven Member EDA—Five City Council Members with Two Voting City Residents Anoka—Nine Member Economic Development Commission—At Least Five Members who are Residents of the City Bethel - No information that City has EDA Blaine—Seven Member EDA—Comprised of All Council Members Centerville—Seven Member EDA—With Residents/Non-Resident Business Individuals Eligible Circle Pines- No information that City has EDA Columbia Heights—Seven Members—At least two, but not more than 5 can be members of the council.
