Final Plat <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has received a recommendation of <br />approval from the Mounds View Planning Commission as stated in Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 759-04; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council held a duly noticed public hearing <br />regarding this subdivision on Monday, May 24,2004 and adopted Resolution 6270, which <br />approved the "Velmeir CVS Addition" preliminary plat; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the final plat and finds it to be in <br />conformance with all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code, subject <br />to the conditions and requirements contained in this Resolution; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the proposed <br />final plat for the "Velmeir CVS Addition" subdivision and finds it to be consistent <br />with the preliminary plat and in conformance with Resolution 6270 and with all <br />applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code, subject to the <br />conditions and requirements contained in this Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, having <br />already approved the preliminary plat, approves the final plat for the "Velmeir CVS <br />Addition" subdivision, subject to stipulations as follows: <br /> <br />1. Velmeir shall arrange to have a Registered Property Abstract (RPA) or <br />other acceptable title commitment provided to the City Attorney for review <br />and approval prior to City signatures being placed upon the Final Plat. <br /> <br />2. Velmeir shall pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $57,812.69 prior <br />to City signatures being placed upon the "Velmeir CVS Addition" final <br />plat. <br /> <br />3. Velmeir shall obtain approval from Rice Creek Watershed District and the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency before construction activity <br />commences. <br /> <br />4. All utilities within the development area shall be located underground. <br /> <br />5. The Final Plat shall show survey measured angles. <br />
