<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5763 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A SIX UNIT <br />MULTI-FAMILY TOWNHOUSE-STYLED DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 7746 <br />SILVER LAKE ROAD; (PLANNING CASE NO. DE02-003) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mike Juaire of PMJ Group, Inc. has applied for a development review <br />to construct a six (6) unit housing facility at 7746 Silver Lake Road; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned R-3, Medium Density Residential, and is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Silver Lake Road, the North 133 feet of Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89 <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, except the West 216.6 feet thereof <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />any new construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a <br />development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the Zoning Code, medium density housing (up to six <br />units) is an allowed use in R-3 zoning districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Zoning Map <br />2. Application <br />3. Site Plan <br />4. Floor Plan <br />5. Elevation Drawings <br />6. Planning Commission Resolution 695-02 <br />7. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant indicates that the proposed building would be <br />approximately 1,750 square feet per unit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the number of parking stalls provided, four (4) per unit, is more than <br />the minimum allowed for this type of facility; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development minimally satisfies all applicable <br />requirements of the Zoning Code; and, <br />
