<br />R,:sllllllion ,,'7 6_~ <br />ivlJY 13, 2002 <br />Page' .2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the building would be served by two driveway access points onto <br />Silver Lake Road; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Forester has reviewed the landscape plan and has <br />recommended additional plantings on the site; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this development proposal <br />and has recommended approval subject to certain conditions and revisions to the site <br />plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the development review request for the construction of a six-unit <br />housing facility located at 7746 Silver Lake Road, subject to the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall revise the site plans as follows: <br /> <br /> a. <br /> b. <br /> c. <br /> d. <br />. e. <br /> f. <br /> <br />Correct the lot width dimension <br />Reorient the building so that the long side of the building faces south <br />Offset the inner two units by five feet <br />Add at least two additional Ash trees and consider addition plantings on <br />the site <br />Revise the building elevations to show hooded, non flood-type lighting <br />Add brick detail to all units, not just two front units <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit and receive approval of the grading and drainage plan <br />prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall obtain a permit from Ramsey County for any and all work to <br />be performed within the Silver Lake Road right of way, including but not limited to <br />the proposed access drive onto County Road I. No building permit shall be <br />issued without such county authorization <br /> <br />4. All utilities to the building shall be installed underground. <br /> <br />5. All landscaping shall be maintained and guaranteed for the life of the project. All <br />dead or dying planting materials shall be replaced as weather permits. <br /> <br />6. Snow shall not be plowed and stored in such a way as to adversely affect <br />adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />7. All garbage and recycling shall be stored inside of the individual units. No <br />dumpster shall be permitted on this site. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8. This development is subject to other fees (i.e., SAC, SWM) which shall be paid <br />at the time of permit issuance. <br />
