. . . ..l RESOLUTION NO. 4523 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION REQUESTING RECONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LAND WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View proposes to reconvey tax forfeited land to the State of Minnesota, subject to permanent and temporary easements for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and across the following described real properties: Lot 35, Block 14, Pinewood Terrace NO.5, Ramsey County, MN Said permanent easement is described as follows: A permanent easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and across the Easterly 54.00 feet of Lot 35, Block 14, Pinewood Terrace No.5, Ramsey County, MN Together with a temporary construction easement over and across the first above described property. Said temporary easement is described as follows: A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the Westerly 10.00 feet of the Easterly 64.00 feet of Lot 35, Block 14, Pinewood Terrace No.5, Ramsey County, MN AND Lot 27, Block 18, Pinewood Terrace No.5, Ramsey County, MN Said permanent easement is described as follows: A permanent easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and across the East 54.00 feet of Lot 27, Block 18, Pinewood Terrace No.5, Ramsey County, MN, lying Norther ly of the South 200.00 feet thereof. Together with a temporary construction easement over and across the first described property. Said temporary easement is described as follows: A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the West 10.00 feet of the East 64.00 feet of said Lot 27, Block 18, lying Northerly of the South 200.00 feet thereof. And, the North 51.00 feet of the South 170.00 feet of the East 64.00 feet of said Lot 27, Block 18.
