<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4523 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View conveys the aforemen- <br />tioned tax forfeited land back to the State of Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota shall convey the ease- <br />ments to the intended user being the Metropolitan Waste Con- <br />trol Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is requesting the recon- <br />veyance of the aforementioned tax forfeited land, subject to <br />the easements to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for <br />public park purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View respectfully requests that the real <br />property described above be reconveyed to the City of Mounds <br />View following the granting of appropriate and necessary <br />easements. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of March, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />if'r ~ <br /> <br />Act g Mayor <br /> <br />~~ <br />"\ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />
