• RESOLUTION 6857 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AND CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR MIDWEST MOTOR EXPRESS, 2169 MUSTANG DRIVE; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASES CU2006-005 AND DE2006-002 <br />WHEREAS, The applicant, Midwest Motor Express, has applied for a development <br />review to construct a 10,500 square foot single story expansion; and, <br />WHEREAS, Midwest Motor Express is located at 2169 Mustang Drive, property zoned <br />Industrial; and, <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as: <br />ALL THAT PART OF LOT 3 BLOCK 1, MOUNDS VIEW INDUSTRIAL PARK, OVERLYING <br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, <br />TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 23, WHICH LIES EASTERLY OF A LINE DRAWN PARALLEL <br />WITH AND 113 FEET WESTERLY OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER <br />OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER; AND THAT PART OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, MOUNDS VIEW <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK, LYING EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br />OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 23, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA; and, <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View City Code requires all new commercial <br />and industrial development to be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council for <br />consistency with all codes, regulations and requirements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has held a public hearing on June 26, 2006 <br />and reviewed the following information: <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Site Plan <br />3. Zoning Map <br />4. Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map <br />5. Aerial View <br />6. Photographic Documentation <br /> <br />
