<br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6634 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />OF 8123 PLEASANT VIEW COURT AND 8117-8119 PLEASANT VIEW COURT; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MI2005-007 <br />WHEREAS, James Benson has requested approval of a minor subdivision to adjust <br />the common lot line between properties he owns at 8117-8119 Pleasant View Court and <br />8123 Pleasant View Court; and, <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 8117-8119 Pleasant View Court is zoned R-2, <br />Single and Two-family Residential, and the property located at 8123 Pleasant View Court is <br />zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the <br />identified properties, dated August 12, 2005; and, <br />WHEREAS, both properties are owned by the Applicant and are legally described as <br />follows: <br />8123 Pleasant View Court 8117-8119 Pleasant View Court <br />Pin #: 06-30-23-23-0016 Pin #: 06-30-23-23-0017 <br />Lot 9, Block 3, Mounds View Lot 6, Block 3, Mounds View <br />Development Company No.1, Development Company No. 1, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> subject to easements. <br />WHEREAS, the 33.80 feet of land being detached from Lot 6 and attached to Lot 9 <br />is legally described as follows: <br />That part of Lot 6, Block 3 lying northeasterly of a line from the <br />northeast corner of said Lot 6 to the most southeasterly corner of <br />said Lot 6, Block 3, Mounds View Development Company No. 1, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and <br />1202 of the Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />
