Resolution 6634 <br />Page 2 <br />• <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the Certificate and Plat of Survey has been forwarded to the <br />City Attorney for his review; and, <br />WHEREAS, no park dedication fees will be recommended with this subdivision due <br />to there being no new additional lots created by this subdivision. <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Planning Commission supported the request by <br />adopting Resolution 816-05 which recommends approval of the minor subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the minor subdivision request made by James Benson, owner of 8123 Pleasant <br />View Court and 8117-8119 Pleasant View Court, subject to the following: <br />1. The applicant shall execute and record two easement documents (one for each lot) <br />which dedicate to the public for public use the proposed additional easement areas. <br />2. The applicant shall be responsible for recording new property deeds to effectuate <br />the subdivision with Ramsey County within 60 days of Council approval.
