Accessory Dwelling Units shall be licensed as a rental dwelling, and comply with <br /> Chapter 1012 (Rental Dwelling License). <br /> f. Accessory Dwelling Units shall use the same water and sanitary sewer connections,and <br /> water meter as the single-family home. <br /> g. Accessory Dwelling Units with an exterior entrance different than the single-family <br /> home's shall have a different address (e.g. 2401-A). Addressing shall be compliant <br /> with Chapter 903 (Numbers Required). <br /> h. If the mailbox post is owned and maintained by the City,then the property owner shall <br /> reimburse the City for any alterations or replacement. <br /> i. Property owner is responsible for additional quarterly utility fees upon creation of an <br /> Accessory Dwelling Unit, to include the following: Sewer Service Charge, Surface <br /> Water Management Utility Fee,and Street Lighting Utility Fee. <br /> SECTION 5.The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100,Chapter 1106, <br /> of the Mounds View City Code by adding the underlined material and deleting the stricken material <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 1106.04: CONDITIONAL USES:The following are conditional uses in an R-1District <br /> (requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 1125.01 <br /> of this Title): <br /> Subd. 9 Accessory Dwelling Unit (Addition): <br /> a.
