The applicant agrees to install all subdivision monumentation within one year <br /> from the date of the plat recordation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br /> Council does hereby approve the release of the property located at 7255 Hidden Hollow Court, <br /> identified as Lot 4, Block 1, Hidden Hollow, from the following agreements: <br /> 1. Hidden Hollow Developers Agreement between the City of Mounds View and Pro <br /> Craft Development, LLC, filed August 13, 2004, as Document No. 1831649 in the <br /> Office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles; and <br /> 2.
