Site Photos <br /> ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the property owners pursuant to the review and approval of the proposed <br /> Preliminary Plat and Final Plat have requested the release of the property located at 7255 Hidden <br /> Hollow Court, identified as Lot 4, Block 1, Hidden Hollow from the following agreements: <br /> 1. Hidden Hollow Developers Agreement between the City of Mounds View and <br /> Pro Craft Development, LLC, filed August 13, 2004, as Document No. 1831649 <br /> in the Office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles; and <br /> 2. Petition and Waiver Agreement between the City of Mounds View and Pro Craft <br /> Development, LLC, filed August 13, 2004, as Document No. 1831650 in the <br /> Office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above-referenced recitals are <br /> incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br /> Council does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of"Steil Addition" consisting of <br /> two lots, submitted by owners Timothy and Kelly Steil, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicants shall satisfy all requirements made by the City Attorney as stated <br /> in the plat opinion, dated Sept 30, 2016, or as amended by the City Attorney. <br /> 2. The applicant agrees to reimburse the City its actual costs regarding: (A) <br /> preparing and administering all other documents, permits, and applications related <br /> to processing the plat of Steil Addition; and (B) any and all City attorney's fees, <br /> engineering fees, inspection fees, and the costs and fees of other technical and <br /> professional assistance incurred or expended by the City on activities arising out <br /> of this Resolution, and other undertakings related thereto. <br /> 3. Within six months of City Council approval, the applicant shall record the Final <br /> Plat with Ramsey County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles. Within ten <br /> days of recording, the applicant shall furnish the City with a reproducible copy of <br /> the Final Plat showing evidence of the recording; otherwise, the approval of the <br /> Final Plat shall be void. <br />
