Site Photos ; and, WHEREAS, the property owners pursuant to the review and approval of the proposed Preliminary Plat and Final Plat have requested the release of the property located at 7255 Hidden Hollow Court, identified as Lot 4, Block 1, Hidden Hollow from the following agreements: 1. Hidden Hollow Developers Agreement between the City of Mounds View and Pro Craft Development, LLC, filed August 13, 2004, as Document No. 1831649 in the Office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles; and 2. Petition and Waiver Agreement between the City of Mounds View and Pro Craft Development, LLC, filed August 13, 2004, as Document No. 1831650 in the Office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above-referenced recitals are incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of"Steil Addition" consisting of two lots, submitted by owners Timothy and Kelly Steil, subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicants shall satisfy all requirements made by the City Attorney as stated in the plat opinion, dated Sept 30, 2016, or as amended by the City Attorney. 2. The applicant agrees to reimburse the City its actual costs regarding: (A) preparing and administering all other documents, permits, and applications related to processing the plat of Steil Addition; and (B) any and all City attorney's fees, engineering fees, inspection fees, and the costs and fees of other technical and professional assistance incurred or expended by the City on activities arising out of this Resolution, and other undertakings related thereto. 3. Within six months of City Council approval, the applicant shall record the Final Plat with Ramsey County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles. Within ten days of recording, the applicant shall furnish the City with a reproducible copy of the Final Plat showing evidence of the recording; otherwise, the approval of the Final Plat shall be void.
