ORDINANCE 934 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS <br /> VIEW FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2901 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD AND <br /> 80XX GROVELAND ROAD <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled"Specific Rezonings" is <br /> hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance 934. <br /> Subdivision 1.The City of Mounds View Municipal Code, Section 1105.02 establishes a <br /> Zoning Map of Mounds View. <br /> Subdivision 2. The City of Mounds View Municipal Code, Section 1125.01, describes the <br /> procedure for considering an amendment to the Zoning Map,including the Planning Commission's <br /> consideration of adverse effects. The Planning Commission's findings are found in its Resolution <br /> 1067-17,and its recommendation of approval for the Zoning Map amendment. The City of Mounds <br /> View City Council agrees, finding that there would be no adverse effects to adjoining properties <br /> resulting from the Zoning Map amendment and that this amendment would not be detrimental to the <br /> community at large. <br /> Subdivision 3. Accordingly, the City of Mounds View City Council approves this <br /> amendment and directs that the City's official Zoning Map and the zoning classification for the <br /> following described parcels be amended as follows,and as shown on the map attached as Exhibit A: <br /> Address PID Legal Description Existing New <br /> Zoning Zoning <br /> 2901 Mounds 06-30-23- Parcel 1. Lot 50,except that part which lies Southwesterly of a B-3 R-4 <br /> View Blvd 31-0031 line run parallel with and distant 100 feet Northeasterly of the <br /> Southwesterly boundary of said Lot 50, also except that part <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 50;thence East <br /> 7 feet along the North line of said Lot 50;thence Southerly 100 <br /> feet to a point of intersection on the West line of said Lot 50; <br /> thence North along said West line of said Lot 50 to the point of <br /> commencement;Auditor's Subdivision No.89, Ramsey Co., <br /> Minn.The said excepted part of the above described property, <br /> the Southwesterly 100 feet has been taken by the State of <br /> Minnesota for public Highway purposes. <br /> Parcel 2.All that part of Lot 32,Auditor's Subdivision No.89, <br /> Ramsey Co., Minn., described as follows,to-wit: <br />
