In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, the following summary will be <br />printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br />On May 8, 2017, the City Council adopted Ordinance 934 which revises the official Mounds View <br />Zoning Map by changing the zoning designation of the property located at 2901 Mounds View Blvd <br />(PID: 06-30-23-31-0031) from B-3 Highway Business to R-4 High Density Residential, and 80XX <br />Groveland Rd (PID: 06-30-23-31-0241) from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-4 High Density <br />Residential, having found there to be no adverse effects to the revision. A printed copy of the <br />ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at Mounds View City Hall and is <br />available online at the City's web site located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us. <br />SECTION 3.
