Proclamation Recognizing April 25, 2013 as “Arbor Day” in the City of <br />Mounds View. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation declaring April 25th to be Arbor Day in the City of Mounds <br />View. He was proud that Mounds View has been recognized as a Tree City USA for the past 30 <br />years. <br /> <br />B. Proclamation Recognizing May 4, 2013, as “Sophie Skiba Day” in the City of <br />Mounds View. <br />
