Public Hearing: Consider Resolution 8639, approving the Preliminary and <br />Final Plat of a Major Subdivision of “Steil Addition”, consisting of two lots, <br />located at 2940 County Road H2, and 7255 Hidden Hollow Court. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson stated the applicants Tim and Kelly Steil own two adjacent properties <br />that back up to each other. The Steil’s are requesting to move the common property line, thereby <br />increasing the size of their backyard at their residence at 7255 Hidden Hollow Court. No new <br />lots or roads will be created. He explained that because the two lots involved exceed two acres
