COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Resolution 8499, a Resolution to Consider a <br />Honeybee Keeping License for Kathleen Smith, 7405 Spring Lake Road. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated Kathleen Smith at 7405 Spring Lake Road was <br />requesting a honeybee keeping license. She reviewed the application noting Ms. Smith had <br />proper training. Staff recommended the Council hold a public hearing, take public comment and <br />approve the beekeeping request for Ms. Smith. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:02 p.m.
