Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 914, an Ordinance Amending <br />Chapter 1303 of the Mounds View Code Relating to Construction Site and <br />Land Disturbance Runoff Control (Roll Call Vote) <br /> <br />Public Works Director Erickson requested the Council adopt Ordinance 914 amending Chapter <br />1303 of the Mounds View Code relating to construction site and land disturbance runoff. He <br />noted the change was being made based on MPCA requirements. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Resolution 8553, Adopting a Calendar for the Preparation of the 2017 <br />Budget. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer requested the Council adopt a calendar for the preparation of the 2017 <br />budget. He reviewed the proposed calendar and noted this information would be posted on the <br />City’s website. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller explained the LMCIT would have a 2.5% to 3% rate increase for 2017. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty understood City Administrator Ericson would be working with the Deputy Police <br />Chief on the 2017 Public Safety budget.
