APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, August 25, 2014, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Approve the Monday, August 25, 2014, agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Wayne Gardas, 8200 Red Oak Drive, discussed a carport along his property and questioned why <br />this was no longer allowed. He stated he parked his boat on gravel within the carport. He <br />reviewed several photographs with the Council. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller reported that tubular structures, which Mr. Gardas was using for his <br />carport, are not allowed within City Code. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller was in favor of reviewing this section of City Code. The Council was <br />in agreement. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Presentation of Festival in the Park Car Show Trophy (Class 700) and <br />Mayor’s Choice Award <br />
