Staff indicated the Planning Commission reviewed this matter on September 17th and <br />recommended approval of the preliminary plat for Multi-Tech Systems. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Mueller opened the public hearing at 7:24 p.m. <br /> <br />Hearing no public input, Acting Mayor Mueller closed the public hearing at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Mueller was pleased that this property was able to receive a right-in only access <br />point from the Ramsey County. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8305, <br />Consideration of a Preliminary Plat for 2205 Woodale Drive, Multi-Tech Systems. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause was pleased that BioLife would be staying in the City of Mounds <br />View. <br /> <br />Del Palacheck, Multi-Tech Systems, stated Multi-Tech has been a proud member of the <br />community since 1989. He discussed the proposed building in detail with the Council. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 3 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />C. Continued Public Hearing, Resolution 8301, a Resolution to Approve the <br />2015 Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane requested the Council continue the Public Hearing for the <br />2015 Fee Schedule to allow staff additional time to research neighboring cities fees before <br />making a final recommendation to the City Council. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Meehlhause. To Continue the Public Hearing for the 2015 Fee <br />Schedule to the October 13, 2014 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 3 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />D. First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 889, Revising Chapter 512 of <br />the Mounds View City Code Pertaining to Cigarette and Tobacco Products. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane requested the Council introduce Ordinance 889, which would <br />revise Chapter 512 of the Mounds View City Code pertaining to cigarettes and tobacco products. <br />Staff reviewed the proposed revisions in detail with the Council noting the Second Reading for <br />this Ordinance would be held on October 13th. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce <br />Ordinance 889, Revising Chapter 512 of the Mounds View City Code Pertaining to Cigarette and <br />Tobacco Products. <br />
