To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8301, a <br />Resolution to Approve the 2015 Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause commented there would be a 20% late fee for liquor licenses in <br />2014. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />E. Resolution 8313, Approving the Final Plat for the Mounds View Business <br />Park 3rd Addition, 2205 Woodale Drive. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller reviewed the final plat for Multi-Tech for the property at 2205 <br />Woodale Drive. She explained that three lots were being created and two would be sold off, two <br />going to BioLife. She discussed the plat in further detail and recommended Council approval. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty was pleased with the new developments that were taking place along the County <br />Highway 10 corridor. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Gunn. Resolution 8312, Approving a Lease Agreement with Ebenezer Management <br />Services for Office Space in the Mounds View Community Center. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson stated Ebenezer Management Services was interested in a short term <br />lease for office space at the Mounds View Community Center. He explained that this <br />organization was the management group for Coventry Senior Living. He indicated the group <br />would be coordinating their efforts with the YMCA to begin planning additional events for <br />seniors in the community. Staff recommended the Council approve the lease agreement with <br />Ebenezer Management Services. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty questioned if the group would require signage. City Administrator Ericson <br />believed this to be the case. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause recommended the lease term be changed to four months and not <br />six. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the Community Center hours were adequate to meet the needs
