APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, March 10, 2014, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, March 10, 2014, agenda as <br />amended removing Item 8B from the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Resolution 8221, Appointing the 2013 Citizen of the Year. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane recommended the Council appoint the 2013 Mounds View <br />Citizen of the Year to Gary Stevenson. This award would be presented to Mr. Stevenson at the <br />upcoming Town Hall meeting. She read Resolution 8221 in full for the Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause was proud of Gary Stevenson and thanked him for his dedicated <br />service to the City of Mounds View. <br />
