APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, March 24, 2014, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, March 24, 2014, agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Discussion with Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire <br /> <br />Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire explained she was beginning the second year <br />of her four-year term. She reviewed the cities she represented in District 2 and provided the <br />Council with information on the proposed TCAAP bills before the House and Senate. Ramsey <br />County Commissioner McGuire then discussed the numerous committees she serves on. She <br />reported potholes would be addressed by the County as quickly as possible. She understood the <br />City’s desire to rename and resign County Highway 10. She commented she would continue to <br />work on this issue with MnDOT. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause appreciated Commissioner McGuire’s support on the County Road <br />10 corridor. He asked if the Shoreview Library would be expanded and questioned how this <br />would impact the Mounds View Library. Commissioner McGuire stated this was the case and
