SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Discussion with Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire <br /> <br />Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire explained she was beginning the second year <br />of her four-year term. She reviewed the cities she represented in District 2 and provided the <br />Council with information on the proposed TCAAP bills before the House and Senate. Ramsey <br />County Commissioner McGuire then discussed the numerous committees she serves on. She <br />reported potholes would be addressed by the County as quickly as possible. She understood the <br />City’s desire to rename and resign County Highway 10. She commented she would continue to <br />work on this issue with MnDOT. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause appreciated Commissioner McGuire’s support on the County Road <br />10 corridor. He asked if the Shoreview Library would be expanded and questioned how this <br />would impact the Mounds View Library. Commissioner McGuire stated this was the case and
