Resolution 8488 Adopting the 2016 Tax Levy <br />2. Resolution 8489 Adopting the 2016 Budgets for All Funds <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer stated in September, the Council established the preliminary tax levy with <br />a 1% increase. He indicated the City has not deviated from this amount since December. He <br />reported the proposed levy amount for 2016 was $4,393,813. He discussed the levy in further <br />detail with the Council and recommended approval. <br />
