City Administrator <br />Ericson explained the differences between the B1 and B2 zoning districts. He noted B2 uses <br />were typically more intense. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn questioned if the City knew what was being planned for this property. <br />City Administrator Ericson indicated a new tenant was proposing to locate a liquor store at 2408 <br />County Road I. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull.
