Resolution 8498, Approving a Lease Agreement Renewal with Dippin <br />Chocolate, LLC, for Use of Kitchen Space in the Mounds View Community <br />Center. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson requested the Council consider approving a lease agreement renewal <br />with Dippin Chocolate, LLC for the use of kitchen space in the Mounds View Community <br />Center. He reported this group first became tenants of the Community Center in 2015. He <br />discussed how the use of the City’s commercial kitchen had assisted this business. After <br />discussing the lease with Community Center employees, he learned there have been no conflicts
