COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing for the Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance <br />895, Code Amendment to Zoning Code Title 1100, Chapter 1116, for I-1, <br />Industrial Zoning District Uses – ROLL CALL VOTE. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller stated the Council would be holding the Second Reading for an <br />Ordinance Code Amendment for the I-1 Industrial Zoning District. She discussed the proposed <br />language changes noting the revisions would permit an existing business to be an allowed use. <br />Staff provided further comment on the code amendment and recommended the Council Adopt <br />Ordinance 895.
