To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance 895, <br />Code Amendment to Zoning Code Title 1100, Chapter 1116, for I-1, Industrial Zoning District <br />Uses and direct staff to publish the Ordinance summary. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />B. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing for the Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance <br />896, Code Amendments to Zoning Code Title 1100 for Renewable Energy <br />Systems – ROLL CALL VOTE. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller stated the Council would be holding the Second Reading for an <br />Ordinance Code Amendment for Renewable Energy Systems. She discussed the proposed <br />language changes noting the revisions would simplify the code. Resolution 8367, Approving Transfers Between Funds for 2014. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer stated each year the Council adopts several transfers between funds and <br />these transfers are adopted by the Council at year end. He reviewed the proposed fund transfers <br />in detail with the Council and recommended approval. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked if the City would have any complications in decertifying TIF <br />District #3. Finance Director Beer reported there would be no complications.
