Resolution 8419, Recognizing Eagle Scout Daniel Niedfeldt-Thomas <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty read a Resolution in full recognizing Eagle Scout Daniel Niedfeldt-Thomas for <br />his hours of volunteer service to the City and for building an outdoor seating area at a local <br />church. A round of applause was offered by all in attendance. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller.
