She explained that she received incredible
services and appreciated the prompt response time.

Mayor Flaherty encouraged residents along Fairchild, Knollwood and Mustang Drive to water
their sod.

Council Member Mueller noted that the construction crew was responsible for watering the sod
for the first 30 days and she testified that two water trucks were watering each and every day.

Council Member Gunn appreciated the blossoming rain gardens throughout the City.

B. He explained that a developer was interested in assisting a
local business to expand at the corner of Mustang and Old Highway 8. There was a funding gap
and the developer has requested a TIF agreement to allow the development to move forward.
Staff was considering the tangible benefits of the project. He asked if the Council wanted to
have the EDA and the EDC consider the TIF request.

Council Member Meehlhause was open to considering the business expansion as this was an area
of the City that was in need of redevelopment.

Council Member Mueller believed the purpose of TIF was to assist businesses with financing
when without it the development would not be impossible.

Council Member Hull, Council Member Gunn and Mayor Flaherty agreed.
